Lost photo

I just found the below photo, taken two weeks ago, and thought I should post it before I lose it. My filing system for the past four years has been a nightmare, but I think I now have a system in place that will allow me to find photos - like this one, when needed. Of course, I did not need this photo - it was a stray photo that ended up in another folder. So much for my new system, but that is a common problem when you have several different assignments in your cameras.  Seriously, I hope to be more organized in 2011. 


Let me take this opportunity to remind everyone that I will be happy to provide them with photos from events at no charge for their personal printing use, but you must remind me no later than 72 hours after the event via email. Where is my email? To avoid spam, it is provided in text only form directly under the banner that leads the blog. It it also provided in a direct email link in the view my complete profile under the About Me section that can be found on the right sidebar directly under the ads. I have a lot of photography projects on the back burner that I want to tackle this year. As it stands now, I spend a good 8 hours a day on the computer. Requests for photos pour in at an astounding rate, sometimes weeks or months after I took them. I have always been accommodating,  oftentimes spending hours looking for photos, not only in my computer, but on three external hard drives. I also back up a lot of photos to MOZY and delete them on the computer to make room for more space.  Once something is filed it takes a lot of time to go back and find it no matter what kind of filing system one has.  So NEW RULE for 2011:  requests must be submitted via email and within 72 hours of my shooting the event. Now on to the photo - Brrr, it was cold. And to think it was almost 60 on Wednesday!
