Bird On The Wire

Crisfield, Maryland

"To take photographs means to recognize - simultaneously and within a fraction of a second - both the fact itself and the rigorous organization of visually perceived forms that give it meaning. It is putting one's head, one's eye and one's heart on the same axis."  ~ Henri Cartier-Bresson

Well, almost on the wire. I hope you enjoy this Sunday filtered photo.

I think it is touching it with its feather to find out whether it is shocking or not before it lands. As far as I know, this evidence of bird intelligence has never been caught by naturalists before.
