As a photographer, I had the opportunity to see and photograph Mr. Boston on many occasions as he carried out his duties as President of the Somerset County Commissioners, later serving as County Administrator. Mr. Boston's smile was contagious; he was one of those people who made everyone feel comfortable. He knew no strangers. His smile and good humor will be missed by all. My thoughts go out to his family and friends.
Charles Samuel Boston, Jr. left this earth on October 9, 2010. He was 64.
