No, this not a Halloween photo. It's an election is over - Halloween is over - transition to Thanksgiving pumpkin photo, only because I like the photo and I can't find any turkeys wandering around. It seems like only yesterday I was talking about summers end, and now Thanksgiving is knocking on our doors. Twenty days and counting, to be exact.
I love the anticipation of holidays almost as much as I love the holidays themselves, probably because the kid in me never died. And also because I never got caught up in the marketing that drains our holiday spirits. Holidays are about anticipation, family, friends, fun, good food, and relaxation. Go gently into the heart of the holiday season. Put up a "No stress allowed" sign and enjoy!
