Filtered Photo for You...

“Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever... it remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything.” ~ Aaron Siskind

I gave this photo a slightly filtered look, as if it were printed on canvas. Almost looks like a painting.

That's a very cool effect Patty. It does look remarkably like a painting.

Noe Noe: Thanks. Not a lot of art to simple filtering. Just pick something that sounds good and see what you get.

Barry: Yes. I could see that as a painting. Is is real or is it...?

Imac: This one got the two second make-over.

love the look of it Patty and love the name on the boat.

It only needs a few brush strokes and I would call it a painting. But without the brushstrokes, I would have to say it is a shopped photo. Either way, it is very expressive and artistic. The scene is lovely!

Great job, indeed I thought it was done on canvas.

Did I tell you, 30 years ago, my girld friend got married, her photographer had some self made lens which he smeared petroluem jelly, the photos came out in round circles. I thought it was rather smart of him.
