Crisfield Police Department Christmas toy give-a-way
I tried to get all my Christmas photos in before we rang out the old year, but we had so much going on in Crisfield over the holidays, it was a struggle to post everything before the year ended. I still have a few more post from December forthcoming, but these two events beg for attention. One is the toy give-away sponsored by the Crisfield Police Department and American Legion Riders. Santa even dropped in to help hand out presents. Then we will move on to the Cub Scouts as they sell their home-baked goods in front of Dollar General. You can read "Letters to Santa" in the Dec, 22, edition of the Crisfield-Somerset County Times. I think they are cute any time of the year.

Now for the Cub Scouts
Great job everyone. The cookies were yummy.

These were so worth sharing Patty. I love the little girl in pink. She was not very happy with Santa!

Wow! You have been busy. Your coverage is great! You have big turn outs for a not so big town. There is more to Crisfield than crabs and fish.
That's for sure! When I was little we used to have Santa come to our house and knock on our door with gifts. Your Santa give away reminded me of that. =D
And, look at all the baked goods!!! The best cookie thing I've ever been to never had THAT MUCH stuff!! I bet it all was yummy too! Of course, cookies always are. Love to you from Lindsay and I. xoxo
I love looking at every photo...and knowing the goodness and love that was involved in the toy give away brought happiness to those who gave and those who received. Lovely photos...

Noe-Noe: Thanks. The little girl in pink used to be me. Heehe.
Linda: yes, for a small town of 3000 people we have a lot going on. The baked goods were yummy. Thanks for dropping in from Canada. Blog Land is a little sadder without Barry. We all miss him. Carry on.
Teacher's Pet: Send me an email. I miss your blog. Happy New Year!
