Where is Spring?

With a snow storm headed our way this evening, I will most likely be out first thing in the morning taking photos for my newspaper. If I have a left over photo, I will post, and you can click on the link to my paper to see the snow photos from our area. We have some great photographers, and you can always view their work (and mine) on our web photo gallery.

For now...Brrrr. Look at the ice forming under that walkway. Be sure and click on photos for viewing.

Is anyone enjoying spring yet?

It was, and it is. One of those days when you know you should get your tripod out because the wind is trying to take you camera away, but it is so darned cold, you just up the speed and hold on tight.

not even close to Spring here, either. we just got some snow last night and this morning.
Loving the black and white, I actually have a similar picture to this from Va Beach along the pier. As always, love the contrast.
You should check out my new B&W's, I have a 3 part post going! The one I just put up is all my favorite black and whites, and I'd love your thoughts on them :)

I love this shot. I also can't believe you are getting a snow storm. We went to the beach today and it was sunny and warm!

It's not here yet, Michelle. From looking at the radar, it may pass us by. It sure is cold and rainy, though. Certainly not March weather!

Beautiful photo!! Not to rub it in or anything but we had weather in the 80's on Sat!! But then it rained and Sunday was still a beautiful day but in the 50's. I really wish the weather would make up its mind!!

Weather in the 80's? Ah, that sounds divine. Even 50 sounds good!

We have a lot of snow here right now, and the wind is howling.

Send us some of your weather!

Thanks Basir. You work is awesome. You stay safe in Afghanistan.

Vina: Guess you don't have to worry about snow Indonesia unless you go to Jayawijaya Mountain in Papua. Sounds like you are far from there.

No spring time in Germany yet. It is rather warm-ish out there, and we had sunshine all day today. We are all getting a case of spring fever, but I know that this nice weather is going to be short lived and soon the mean-and-nasty cold wet stuff will return to pester us for a while until real spring time arrives some time in April. Seasons are long in coming here!

The way our weather has been going this year, you will have spring before we do!

I love spring in Germany!
