Just Stuff...

No time for posts today, so here are some photos I had floating around. Didn't want you to go a day with a smile from Crisfield. The second seagull photo, the flag and the flag shadow were altered in Adobe CS3.

Kris. Thanks for dropping by. If you don't know about our town shoot outs, we have one every Friday, and we let participants pick an assignment each week. We go by alphabetical order.

We all try to get them in on Friday.

There are no rules. You can shoot a couple or a whole bunch of photos.

Hope you can join us.

Nessabates: I am not sure what you have to do to get the keys to the city, but one day maybe I can photograph someone receiving them and post it here.

I like your first photo and the flag nice compositions. Until now I haven't gone to the graveyards here yet I hope I can join you this Friday :-)

Missy: Thanks. That was a balloon flag put up on the city dock. I am not sure it was put there by our the ice cream shop or not. They have great ice cream.

I was riding around and saw that the light and composition was just right, so I jumped out and shot it.

Hope you can join us on Friday. If you only have time to shoot one graveyard we would love to see it. I always look forward to seeing what everyone else has to share, even if it just one photo.

I love these, esp the altered seagull photo and the hardware store, so vintage and adorable as only small town hardware stores can be. Thanks for taking the time to post and share with us today!

J9 and Oz Girl: Glad you liked the altered seagull photo.

Oz Girl: That is the only hardware store in our town. Looks like life just stopped there about 50 years ago. I love small town life.

I adore old town hardware stores like the one in your picture. I could easily browse in there for an hour or two. The scent of wood and fertilizer...ahh.
