Way Down South in Charleston, SC...

Butler and Bagman's dog is going to make sure he works on his town cemetery shoot out. Just look at those sad eyes. Way to go Sally.

The Butler and Bagman Chronicles: Sally

Back in Crisfield, our cats don't care what we do.

All cats are rescue cats. We have two more bum cats sleeping around the house somewhere, probably on the fresh sheets we just put on the bed..

I know. This is a Crisfield blog not a Charleston blog, but I could not let Butler and Bagman "one up" me with a cute little animal photo.

Plus, I did not have time today to work on photos. But just because this is a Crisfield blog, here is a Crisfield photo: This is the sign in front of Jay and Jenny Tawes place on Main Street. I will be doing more on them later. And since Butler and Bagman got me talking about animals, Jay and Jenny have a nice dog that will great you when you visit their shop.

All y'all come. Did I say it right, Si?

Y'all done finer than frog hair.

What is wrong with your sea gull pictures?

Si: Thanks. Little old me is so happy I am up there with frog hair.

Sea gulls filtered in Adobe CS3 to make them look creepy. I just like playing with filters sometimes. Can't do that with newspaper work.

Aww! Your kitties are cute! How do they know when clean sheets are on the bed? My dogs can be downstairs when I change the sheets, and where will I find them later? Nestled in the clean sheets on the bed!

LOL

Yay for rescuing animals too!

Jen: The cats always know when we change the sheets. We can't even make up the bed without them. You should see them when we turn the mattress. Cats all over the place.

Princess, the Calico (the official Maryland State cat), is a Georgia cat. She is 12 years old. We rescued her when she was about 3 weeks old. The mixed cat is Skipper and he is a 2 year old Crisfield cat. We also got him when he was about 3 weeks old.

The Siamese? Your guess is as good as ours. We found her in our driveway last year trying to eat the remains of some clam shells my husband had thrown out. She was skin and bones, and had so many ailments she was on the verge of death.

We named her Czarina, but we thought about changing her name to Cha-Ching after all those vet bills, not to mention a laser-spay surgery.

Finding a homeless purebred Siamese in Crisfield is a bit of a novelty.

Yep! Cats don't care much...maybe at dinner time. I couldn't even find mine to shoot. (Pictures of course). Bagman and Butler will have a crazy shoot from moving vehicles tomorrow morning. And my graveyard shots for Friday have gone out of control...only a few from here...but I couldn't resist posting some from Italy a few years ago. Bagman cheats on the home town shoot out again!! LOL>

Hm, a little animal rivalry between the two blogs? Your cats are way cute, demonstrating the beauty of naps.

Patty, I love your kitties, especially the tricolor one, I am so partial to them! And you have a siamese, I love how they "talk" all the time. we used to have 2. You must have a big heart my friend, taking in so many rescue kitties. I am sending a hug over your way for loving animals so much!! If you are ever looking for homeless pure breds, check out breeders, they often give the cats away when they reach a certain age. that is where we had gotten our one siamese!

Your cats are so cute and adorable I wish I can have one, I like cats. I remember when I was a kid we always have kittens, my 2 brothers and I are fond of kittens so each one of us has one :-)

By the way, I posted a graveyard photos for your Friday shootout, thanks again for inviting me.

Ha! Those cats are definitely bums! That's why I always prefer dogs over 'em!
