Sunset

I have a lot of assignments on Saturday, and Sunday I am resting, so I will leave you with these photos that I took on Friday evening. Crisfield wishes everyone a great weekend!

I captured the last little bit of sun in the reflection of the windows and on the "Marine Engines" sign.

No, the photos were not filtered. We really have golden sunsets in Crisfield.

I love the last one...but I was just fooling around with a couple night shots tonight...from Hilton Head...maybe I'll post. I love the warm windows and the cool water and dusk around them in that last one of yours.

Butler and Bagman: Bring 'em on! I like the last shot, too. I had been shooting, trying to beat the sun, and when I turned around to leave, I saw the reflection of the last little bit of sunlight in the windows and on the sign. I adjusted my settings to get just the right feel.

I guess that will teach us to turn around and shoot what's behind us. I love the last one, but then they are all beautiful.

Sunny weekends!

uhhhhhhh, I am loving the pictures!! I could sit here all day long and wait for a sunset like that, and still be waiting when the sun came up and not see anything like yours! I love the pic of the red-jacketed guy standing in thought, the sun setting so golden to the left of him. Wow, that is a great shot!! it seems that of late, thru the blogs, I have totally gotten a "hankering" (how is that for a word) for gorgous photography, and I am never disappointed by what I see when I come by your blog for a visit, Patty! Have a good weekend, and I hope more sunsets on heading your way!! (so get that camera ready). Debby

The sun is out here too, and what a beautiful work day I had, tiring, but beautiful as yours photos!

That is a date Patty, you set it up, and I will drive down, just tell me where to stay. I need a girls weekend, and I need it soon :)

Wow! Your sunsets ARE golden! Just gorgeous. Not quite the same here in the midwest.

I have been suffering from Internet Eruptus, and a head cold.... and guests from Rio for the weekend so am running behind on my blog reading. I like very much the colors of the red (orange?) sale boat on the blue water. wish I were there.

That second to last photo is great. It reminds me of my Grandparent's house on the bay, where my mom and I used to live. I don't know if anything is better than waking up to a sunrise on the water either; just sitting there with sleep still in your eyes and looking out the window while eating breakfast, it's perfection.
