Baked Eggplant recipe
I love a good eggplant dish. I also love My Recipe Book iPad app. I can add most any online recipe to my book with a simple click. The cool part is I can simply press a button and the app automatically creates a shopping list. App is $1.99 - well worth it. It also comes loaded with recipes. Naturally, being a vegetarian, I have to tweak a lot of recipes, but alternatives make it easy to create yummy dishes.
