Random shots

Here are some random shots of our beautiful town that I took while riding around today. I put some of the photos in Adobe Photo and made them a little more creative.

Don't you wish you lived in Crisfield? At least try and visit us!

the dock photo is pretty awesome too!!

Thanks. That is actually a public dock for putting in boats. They have a nice fish cleaning station, too. And some benches for lovebirds, writers, or dreamers to sit on.

Midlife: I have been negligent in my duties of checking my blog email. I will get to it today.

Thanks Justin. I have been to India once. Lovely places to be seen. I really hope to return one day.

Nessabates: Thanks. I set up this blog because I often see moments that must be captured, and I so hate filing them away in a folder. The photos I take for the paper certainly can't be posted until well after the news is old, and most photos can't be posted at all.

It is also nice being able to share my town with the world.

2L3Bs World: That you for your nice comment.
I, too, feel that blogs are a great outlet to learn about new places, and talk to interesting people, and learn about their lives.

There are a lot of nasty blogs out there that stir up hate and cause trouble, but I have found that the majority of blogs are well-meaning, informative, and want to print positive things.

Power to the positive blogs!

You say, come on down and visit our great little town ... be careful the town will grow, then you have traffic problems, then will need zoning laws, next thing you know you will have to move....

Heehe. You are so right. We like tourists, but we plan on keeping our small town appeal. We have several events each year that draw a lot of people (check our Chamber of Commerce link on the side bar).

Our little town swells up with traffic and people during the events. It is nice, but it is also nice when they all leave! We like to share our town, but we plan on keeping it our town!

I see you moved to Brazil. How is it there? Do you ever come back to the US?

GingerV: I was looking at some of the photos I posted, and, you know...if I did not live here, and wanted to move, I sure would think about moving here. :)

Nice town you got there!
Wish I could see it for myself..

the environment is so.... (what's the word.. uhmmm) peaceful and beautiful (? I cannot find the word I wanted to use. lol)

thanks for your comment on my latest post.

I think age doesn't matter in enjoying life.
even if you're 17, 30, 40 or even 60, you could, (we all should) enjoy every single moment that we have.

there's a lot of people out there, that can't do the things they wanted. But we all have the opportunity to do those things, we just have to take chances.

you're a photographer, and you've been doing that for many years now, i think,.
I've always wanted a photographer's cam but I can't have one. but someday I will..
hehe,

I will enjoy my life. and you should too.

60 is still young.
you could still do so many things..

smile!

cheers!

Red: It is nice to see young people enjoying themselves! I would like to see some photos of your town in the Philippines. I have traveled all over Southeast Asia, but never made it to the Philippines.

My husband was there a long time ago, and he loved it. One thing about your part of the world is the many colors of greens in the landscapes. Out in the countryside, the views are breathtaking.

Enjoy life, my friend. I hope you get that cam!
