“The sun shines and warms and lights us and we have no curiosity to know why this is so; but we ask the reason of all evil, of pain, and hunger, and mosquitoes and silly people” ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
Yawn. I walked out on the front porch one morning last week, bleary-eyed, coffee in hand, preparing to get the morning paper for a relaxing read on the porch, and was blinded by this red ball peeking through the trees. I put my coffee down, grabbed one of my cameras that was nearby, and got off two shots. Much too early for three shots. Too early for anything, actually. I should have still been sleeping.
Two nights earlier, I captured this sun spot that was peeking through this small tree, and reflecting through the window of an old building in Crisfield. It was taken on Main Street looking towards the water.

Stunning photos Patty. Breath taking in fact.
I love sunset and sunrise Patty. I dunno but it gives me a great feeling watching the sun as it rises or sets. great shots!
Marilyn: I am not a morning-mover, but sometimes the sunrise wakes me up a little faster. We do have beautiful sunrises and sunsets
Thank you Barry. God bless you. I so hope you get well, and soon.

It's all in the light and the moment. Lovely.
Thank you Elaine: I take that as a compliment. You know your light! Hey to Gray.
